Gears are of crucial importance for many industrial applications. To ensure they function reliably, they need regular lubrication.
Effective lubrication reduces wear and significantly extends service life.
Why is lubrication so important?
Proper lubrication of gears reduces frictional resistance and wear, resulting in longer service life and better performance.
A well-lubricated mechanism runs more smoothly and efficiently.
What are MÄDLER® lubricating gears?
MÄDLER® lubricating gears are designed to deliver lubricant precisely to the critical points of the tooth flanks.
They are modular toothed in accordance with DIN 867 and are not used for torque transmission. They are preferably fitted to the drive gear.
Our lubricating gears can be efficiently supplied with pressurised gas dispensers such as the Perma Classic or System 24.
For optimum performance, we recommend mounting the dispenser directly on the applicator or using a Ø 8 mm hose with a maximum length of 30 cm.
This configuration guarantees reliable lubrication.
How do MÄDLER® lubricating gears work?
The foam stores the lubricant and dispenses it in very small doses. The supply can be automatic or manual, e.g. with a grease gun.
This technology ensures the lubricant is distributed evenly, reducing frictional resistance and increasing efficiency.
